Remote pause mode
Finally, we’re going to make sure the Remotes and the Receiver communicate. When the Remotes are linked, outside of the Receiver, and calibrated, the “Pause” mode can be activated. Please note that this feature is disabled when using Phase in HID mode with the Phase and Serato USB integration (beta).
Short press the button to activate pause mode
When a Remote is paused, the signal is no longer transmitted (except if using the Serato DJ Pro USB integration), just like when the tonearm is removed from the vinyl on a traditional DJ setup. To activate the “Pause” mode on a Remote, simply short press the corresponding setup button (A or B) on the Receiver. When a Remote is paused, its LED and the corresponding setup button flash slowly. Short press the setup button again to switch back to "Play" mode.
If you manage to activate and deactivate the “Pause” mode, it means the Remotes and the Receiver are communicating through their own radio channels. You can now click on the button below to proceed to the last step.
