Run a Phase hardware checkup

This section will allow you to test the hardware integrity of your Phase unit, and to make sure all its features function properly.
Is your Phase firmware up to date?
Before diving into the testing process, it is essential to make sure both the Phase Receiver and the Remotes are up to date with the latest firmware version (currently v.7). Several firmware updates have been released to fix bugs and bring new features.
To check if your Phase is up to date, connect the Receiver to your computer with the MWM USB cable, then launch Phase Manager. If your Phase is not up to date yet, proceed with the installation.
If you have any problems during the updating process, please refer to the “Phase Manager and updates” section of the Phase Help Center.
Make sure to link the Remotes to the Receiver after the update: long-press the setup buttons until the LEDs blink.
Take the Remotes out and turn off the Phase before starting
Before starting, and to ensure the best conditions for testing, the Phase Receiver must be off (the cable is unplugged), as well as the Remotes (their LED is off) : Place the Remotes in the Receiver, unplug the USB cable from the Receiver, wait for the Remotes to turn off, then take them out.
