Remote power and charge
We're now going to make sure the Remotes are charging.
Place the Remotes into the docks
Place one Remote into the Receiver’s dock: it should light up. Place the other Remote into the Receiver’s dock. It should light up as well. Again, the LEDs will allow you to understand the product’s behavior.
- On the Remotes, the LED strips light up.
- If the Remotes are charging, the five white dots move outwards, and the Remotes’ LED strips move upwards.
- When the Remotes are fully charged, the animation stops, and the four LEDs become solid. It takes about two hours to charge the Remotes when the battery is empty.
If the Remotes don’t turn on, click here.
If the Remote lights up but doesn’t charge (its LED is solid), it may already be fully charged. If the Remote is not detected in Phase Manager but the LED remains solid, click here.
