The charging pins of my Receiver seem to be crooked or blocked.
Symptom and description
In very rare cases, the Receiver’s pins can be crooked or blocked. If this happens, you will not be able to charge your Remote anymore, or they may not charge consistently.
If you are facing this problem, don’t try to fix them yourself, as you may damage the unit. If the pins are blocked, you can try to unplug the Receiver and gently push with a thin object to get them out.
If you fail to unblock them, please get in touch with us by filling up the contact form below. We will get the unit back and cover the fees. Your Receiver will be fixed faster if you directly attach a picture with the crooked pins visible, and provide your contact details. Don’t hesitate to ask us anything about the exchange process in the free text field of the contact form. We will then get your unit back to fix it, and we will cover the shipping fees.
