My Remote's LED is solid and doesn't charge when placed into the Receiver's dock.
Symptom and description
It might happen that your Remote’s LED remains solid when you place it into the Receiver. It means the Remote is not properly detected by the Receiver, thus you won’t be able to link it or to use it in its current state.
The first thing to do is to make sure your Phase is up to date.
If you’re using an older version of the Phase firmware, we recommend to update your unit, as detection issues have been fixed. The problem might occur once in a while with the latest version of the firmware, but it is now much easier to troubleshoot. Unplug the USB cable to turn off the Receiver and wait a couple seconds. Plug the USB cable back to the Receiver: the unit turns on and the Remotes should now charge. You should be able to link them and use them.
If despite these directions you’re not able to get the Remotes back to a responsive state, get in touch with our support team by filling up the form below. Attach a video showing the Remotes don’t charge after unplugging the cable and plugging it back to get assistance quicker.
