I cannot play my tracks after setting up Phase.
Symptom and description
If your Remotes are linked to the Receiver (they appear as “Linked’ on Phase Manager), calibrated (their LEDs are solid), but you cannot play your tracks, you may have missed a step while setting up your DJ equipment or configuring your DJ software. In this case, even though everything seems properly arranged, you will not be able to hear your tracks.
First, make sure the Remotes are linked to the Receiver again by long pressing the setup buttons while the Remotes are into the decks, like shown below. You can also try to run the Phase DVS Signal test. You should also check that your DJ equipment and your DJ software settings are adequately configured for Phase.
